Hello shoulder-shruggers. I never did anything. The fact that anybody else did is astonishing (and very telling) to me. I see hermitage as an honor.

Two letters written on my behalf? Unbelievable! I hadn’t seen a live person for 23 years. A testament to how likable I was, and vice-versa for them.

I must’ve been extremely lucky, not only have I not had overheating on my 15 Pro, but I’ve found it doesn’t get as hot as my non-Pro 13 did, even when doing some of the things that heated up my 13 the most, like using the MagSafe charging puck, and downloading all the assets for Call for Duty Mobile 😊

This shows the new phone is under powered if it can’t handle various social apps…… apple playing the blame game shows apple is starting to erode away slowly yet surely and is not truly confident in it’s own products.

Hey Bridget! I’ve been really curious about the Song Credits feature in Apple Music in iOS17, and it is such a game-changer for music enthusiasts. Have you had a chance to try it out? I’d love to hear your thoughts on how it works and if you’ve discovered any interesting details about your favorite songs. Keep up the great work with your content! 👍

Brokies angry they can’t utilize over heating to justify the fact they can’t afford to upgrade yearly.

With iOS 17 I found real quick iOS 17 won’t let me use custom ringtones for anything but ringtones not for messaging or any other notifications seems ever one is over looking this take away Apple says they are aware of an are working on it but they aren’t very fast
I always enjoy videos thanks for your great work

Ok my problem with standby is that you have to leave your phone on the charger all night which adversely affects the battery health – so a win-win for Apple you need to upgrade your phone more often or pay them to replace the battery or they give you less on trade in! Yes I am a cynic……

Standby mode even works without a MagSafe charger. You only need to be plugged in and resting your iPhone at a slight angle. The laundry label guide is helpful. I’m guessing they’re using machine learning for that.

My 15 Pro was excessively warm to the touch when on a call. With the new update that is no longer an issue.

My wife updated her iPhone SE 2020 to ios17 with +/- 8GB free space on a 64GB model and the phone requested to remove some apps to allow the install to take place, then the apps would be reinstalled after installation. We allowed that procedure to continue and when it rebooted, the phone was completely full. Looking at iPhone Storage, multiple apps were occupying substantially more than prior. The Notes app was occupying 13GB of space. After copying all of the icloud notes to an “On My Mac” account on the computer except for 2 that only contained text, I disabled Notes from iCloud in the phone. Having no notes at all on the phone now, it still occupied 3GB of storage. I deleted the app from the phone and redownloaded it. It occupied +/- 150MB. Once I enabled iCloud to sync Notes again (only two notes exist) the Notes storage grew to 6 GIGABYTES. Installing the 17.0.3 update did not appear to help. Planned obsolescence at its finest.

The only feature I want from Apple music is to not automatically play the same song every time I plug in any accessory.

I’ll wait until my phone makes me update to iOS 17. Hopefully. iOS 17.1 will be out by then.

I had my iPhone X for about 4 years and it still had problems with overheating, especially when charging and especially if I wireless charged it in my car. I traded it for this iPhone 14 Pro Max a year ago in 2022, and I have never once felt it get hot, even when charging. I remember them saying Apple had been working on that for a few years, so it’s surprising that the new 15 Pros have problems overheating…
