Nobody cares about the CEOs and polices of boring, mediocre international companies like Pfizer, Salesforce or Wal-Mart. Elon is doping just fine managing his companies. Stop looking for boring cooperate cookie cutter answers to complex issues like it’s a one size fits all solution to every company. You don’t get excellence from mediocrity. If you want mediocrity then go work for Wal-Mart that you so highly praise.
