Somewhat an answer to my ONLY but ever repelling Meditation query : It makes U single Tasker. Not a multitasker. While the later is the ask in modern world. But awareness meditation may have the answer. Rightly said : If U find Bhudda, kill him.

Thank you for this! I’ve always found myself hyper aware of my mental illnesses i.e. agoraphobia, acute anxiety and generalized persistent anxiety, ptsd/trauma and adhd. This brings so much understanding to why my mind does this, I always thought it was my mind trying to cope and now I know why!!

    • Dhaval Kenia

      December 20, 2022 at 7:50 pm

@Sydney Hollebone assessing your words, you have mentioned strong aversion towards these so called concepts. First of all, there are no such things as anxiety, trauma or whatever concepts you have used. It may be hard for you to understand this, because your experience is so real and reason for it is that it has been rehearsed over and over again and again. Meditation is the way out. However, you’d have to go beyond Aversion of these so called concepts. Secondly, what you are calling anxiety is fundamentally incorrect. It is infact your mind transforming itself. But because you misinterpret it, due to your sensitivity, you are also strongly showing aversion for the change. In the end, you want to be free from suffering and when your mind is trying to do that, you call it anxiety and stop that process. Try to take my word, do not call it anxiety – it is how your mind transforms. It is strong sensation, yes. Be with it. It is best support for resting your awareness. Allow your mind to change for you! Soon whatever concepts you have mentioned, will cease to exist. It will take a while. Bottomline, you need to just be (no aversion) and you need to allow the sensations – this is not anxiety but the transformation of mind. Either the mind will transform those patterns or build negating neural pathways to nullify your aversion. Either way, allow the mind to do its job – fully explore and befriend those sensations. It is how the mind words.

      December 20, 2022 at 7:58 pm

Just a last bit of advice, if you have not noticed it – none of those sensations last “forever”. They fade out sooner or later. Remember this and from this point onwards, your goal should be becoming good at embracing these sensations. You can do it.

Of course we can see meditativeness in his face.
But true fact is awareness and attention cannot cultivate,
Moment you want to aware then there is motive behind so thoughts inevitably pop ups.
After listening “Jiddu krishnamurti” realized that some methods and systems never set man free and we addict to those method and those method only distracts..

    *AWARENESS is “The Real Self”…*
*”SELF-AWARENESS” is “LIFE THE REAL SELF”…*
*There is NOT a single part, of the human anatomy, that is Aware of anything… Put your hand out in front of you, and examine it, to see if it is Aware of anything ! It is neither aware of itself, or you !*

It is the knowing mind. I know that I am in pain. Or smell, hear, feel, think. So who are we really if there is always something inside us that can observe everything? It is pure, always there, and non-judgmental. And when we are in that awareness, we are already not the person with the pain.
