    I was interested in Jump Roping for about 5 years, did AS, CL, TS, doubles, Toads… But there are no development of JR in Russia, therefore I gave up. This video reminds me those days🥺…

    I was a tall kid, so I never got to jump robe much, because the ropes were always too small. I could still do it, but it was uncomfortable having to make myself smaller.

    i use to do boxing and i would rather run a mile then skip for 10 minutes its brutal my calves would always cramp mid jump i would scream like a little girl what this women does is very very very impressive

    That was Literally Awesome ! I use to jump rope for fitness, a regular rope, found a heavy 1 inch rope around, then got a steel rope, rode a mountain bike, in the hills for an hour or so, made a pull up bar, I had a few free weights, l was never in better shape, I Loved that jumping rope, it was simple, fun to Miss Tory has inspired me to start again, I Thouroghly enjoyed watching the Level of Excellence of that Young Woman

    I saw her covered on my local television couple of days ago and now YT recommended me this video. She must have a really strong femur and fibula bones, considering rope skipping despite simple, is a high impact sport with plenty of repetitions. I heard sometimes she spent 10 hours jumping ropes in a day, I might misheard it but even lesser that’s hardcore!

As a sports scientist, athlete and director of the Female Athlete Program at Boston Children’s Hospital, Kate Ackerman understands that women athletes need more than pretty sports bras or new sneakers to achieve peak performance — they need true investment committed to their health and well-being. Ackerman advocates for a long overdue sports medical system that’s dedicated to the study and development of women athletes, supporting lifelong success on and off the field.
