Don’t forget the public is educated by Hollywood, Picadilly Square, Golden Harvest and so on. Almost every movie is about going to war against “aliens”. For you christians, utilizing the “Lord’s Prayer” as a meditation tool will give you insight about the “Heavens” above. There is no war in the Heavens. Never was. Never will be.

“9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in Earth, AS IT IS in heaven.”
    Matthew 6:9-10

Go to war in space (and I mean space only) and establish your turf just like lions do here on earth.

I am curious about space because space may lack friction and may be the key to absolute efficiency in terms of thermo-fluid cycles, i.e. an engineer assumes ideal conditions when doing the maths in a way which makes approximation easier.. regardless, can we actually produce electricity on a power generation station, floating in space? and then, i don’t know, beam it down to earth?

If you consider the mode of militaristic thought regime in the form of a nuclear triad; you have your land and air base, nuclear war head delivery systems, and in case, the enemy strikes first and destroys the command and control center on the mainland, then you could rely on your sea based delivery systems, a war ship or a sub marine, in order to ensure a second strike capability, and to satisfy mutually assured destruction..

You put a bunch of mad men incharge and then wonder why is the moon of such strategic importance to the pet shop boys? think relatively..

you said it was space, not me man..

i aint got nothing to do with any of this
