Aside from the macro camera, the A52 5G doesn’t feel like a mishmash of specs designed solely to grab your attention. The Galaxy A52 5G is a well-rounded phone despite some minor and annoying flaws. It even has features the Galaxy S21 and S21 Ultra lack.

The 4K and 1080p 60fps video stabilisation is really bad and basically no one is really calling it out to bring Samsung’s attention and get it to fix it ASAP.
Battery life is good but noway a day and half with regular usage not even at 60HZ refresh rate.

Ideally phones should be able to withstand being washed in a washing machine as I assume that’s how most phones are needlessly destroyed from people forgetting it in their pockets. Washers could also have Bluetooth sensors to detect and alert you that a phone is in the washer.

For $500 I find this device expensive you can get a realme gt with sn888 8gb of ram and 900nits screen for the same price and for a little more money you can get the 12gb of ram version

@Bholu Whoop is really not that different I mean they in the end are running android and if you want you can customize the icon pack and tweak the UI A little bit to suit your taste

Why would you mention the wall charger as a big plus? It’s the absolute standard that it’s included and while only few phones don’t include it, it should not be praised as a feature.

    Good review thank you.
I have this phone for 3 months. The fingerprint reader is actually quite problematic. It is slow, and not forgiven. You have to put your finger exactly at the proper place which is, in my case, a little bit on the.right of the identified spot . I often has to try more than 10 times or use the pin code to unlock the phone. It doesn’t make the user experience very pleasant. Samsung acknowledged that the sendor is not as good as for the galaxy’s but they refused to help me any further here. The phone has been recalibrated (sensor) but it didn’t improve anything.
Also the phone does funny things inside the pockets. Even when the screen is locked…
There are a few bugs here and there, unsure if it comes from Android or Samsung UI. Depending upon the days, notifications on some apps may stay on for ever (ie with messenger, line, WhatsApp, Chrome, drive…). Rebooting and emptying the cash memory do not solve the issue.
I had a pixel 4 5G for 2 months prior that. The pixel is much nicer and bug free but it is not waterproof which is important ????.
The A52 is quite slow to get recharged. For me the battery will last one day but not two.
    The screen is beautiful.

The galaxy a52 does support 25 watt charging if you didn’t know already. It’s kinda a shame that samsung didn’t bundle it with the phone rather than the 15 watt
