What he meant to say was the Obama hold-overs which were still in place during the Trump administration who didn’t “go rogue” but “remained rogue” through the Trump admin. Trump most likely didn’t have much, if anything, to do with unlawful searches and seizures and surveillance capitalism of big tech firms. Everyone knows the DOJ was collectively hostile to Trump and anyone loyal to the Trump administration while at the same time being a de-facto politicized wing of the woke wave of the left. All the big tech companies have to do is not release the information that Obama rampaged through citizen’s data via gag order warrants and that it was only the Trump admin who did such things at scale.
