Tbh this interview was crazy bad. Did the interviewer even do any research beforehand (“what changed?” 💀), or let alone listen to Thibaud (saying that Back Market was 12 years old when he made it patently clear it started in 2014). Just a bit frustrating that these sorts of surface-level questions were being asked when there are many more interesting things to discuss such as opening Back Market to 3rd party refurbished, expansion strategy/approaches, etc.
