Remove the WeChat in the App Store in the US or anywhere else besides China is not big deal, however just hopefully apple does not remove the WeChat in their App Store in China region, cuz no one gonna buy an iPhone which has no WeChat apps in China and even the current iPhone users in China have to switch to else phones if WeChat is no more available in iPhone in China
