No Earfun UBOOM L… So much for an ‘Ultimate guide’

    • Dexter

      July 24, 2022 at 3:56 pm

I want it all when it comes to sound and the Earfun didn’t come close to providing that
Also, way too many hoops to jump through with that firmware update, especially considering I don’t have/do windows
I’m glad it worked out for you though
Btw, one of my go to speakers is the Tribit MaxSound Plus

    • Niels Deluca

      July 24, 2022 at 4:54 pm

@Dexter I agree that the firmware shouldve been just through the app. Especially considering the impact of that update but still in the end it is worth it and makes the speaker a bargain.

    • Dexter

      July 24, 2022 at 5:45 pm

If they had an app. I’m sure they’re developing one now though.

    • Niels Deluca

      July 24, 2022 at 7:14 pm

@Dexter They have one that is the weird part ‘Earfun Audio’ so seems like an easy enough process

    • Dexter

      July 24, 2022 at 7:24 pm

Oh. Ok. I wonder if they’re going to connect the Uboom L to the app. Probably in order to use the app you’ll need to update the firmware first. Which is kind of a catch 22

none of these hold a candle to the sexy speaker

Finally pulled the trigger on 2 SoundLink Flex in Carmine Red. The new color and reduced price, and my positive experience with a SoundLink Micro, I’m looking forward to trying them out.

I have 4 Wonderboom 2’s. It’s so durable, solid sound outdoors, and very waterproof. When I’m playing it at the pool, I’ll pretend I hate a song, and launch my Wonderboom into the pool, to the dismay of my guests. When I take it out and its still playing, the look on their faces is priceless. Lol. It’s also such a perfect size for travel!

    • Dexter

      July 24, 2022 at 3:12 pm

I’m champing at the bit for the Wonderboom 3. Hopefully that version will have a smidge more bass. My only complaint

    July 23, 2022 at 7:33 pm

The Anker Soundcore Boom has a great sound for the price. I have yet to be disappointed by them.

What’s with all the dumb facial expressions and miming ? Makes a fair review seem infantile and distracts from the information. And ditch the piercings while you’re at it. This is supposed to be a professional review.

JBL would be my pick too with that phone charging option.
I bought a UE Boom 2 years ago based off recommendation and haven’t needed to buy anything else since.
Interesting seeing the technology changing so quickly and am excited to see what I will replace it with some day.
    Thanks for the upload.

The wonderboom for a few people by the pool. The motion boom for a little party or the pub and the motion boom + for a party of 20 + People. It’s as simple as that. All sound awesome. Turn it up !!! 🔈🔉🔊
