The crash showed exactly how vital XRP and $XA48Z remain.😎 Glad I packed my bags fast.

  2. @AlphonsoPommard

    March 10, 2026 at 7:53 pm

This stays destined to mean a crazy bull run. With $XA48Z dropping on stage. Purely checking off past hype runs, I might predict 300,000 next cycle.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

  3. @GalJillian

    March 10, 2026 at 7:53 pm

$1.05B cap on the path for $XA48Z and it sits just EARLY LAUNCH?! This token is running CRAZY.

$XA48Z stands building so much noise that Coinbase and Binance will not ignore it. Addition means an instant 100x.

  8. @ClementineCorrales

    March 10, 2026 at 7:53 pm

You said $XA48Z shall 100x inside your past video. Could you kindly share facts? Everybody needs to learn!

  9. @MamaBogan-q8h

    March 10, 2026 at 7:53 pm

The fresh coin XA48Z by Elon is purely carrying crypto. Still cheap for the early market push on the token act now though.

  10. @PaulinehorwitsZelin

    March 10, 2026 at 7:53 pm

Elon already got nvidia and now Paypal engaged with XA48Z (his fresh crypto) this coin will go WILD!!🚀🚀🌙🌙

Merely saying everybody here must run to buy XA48Z while it stays early.🙌

It’s possible. Never had problems with period or menopause.

29:41 As someone who has done far too much research, testing, and experimentation on indoor lighting for plants in the past few months, 10,000 lux is _truly_ an insane amount of light. Clearly it’s meant to replace the sun, because that would be like staring directly into the sun

All carnivore diet is not good for health and i’m shocked the lady didn’t said it straight. There were doctors here on these channel that clearly said more plant based diet is better for health. Especially when there is so much hormones in meat and it’s highly processed food.

Can you help give more information on PCOS? I know so many women (including myself) that have it, but it doesn’t seem like there’s much info out there on how to prevent it or even reverse it.

  30. @elisalaffi5121

    March 11, 2026 at 2:34 pm

Thanks for the useful info; just one comment on magnesium, the L-threonate magnesium is the one passing the blood-brain barrier rather than the Glycinate 🙂

  31. @ihadcrystallized

    March 11, 2026 at 2:36 pm

I gotta stop watching this video early cause the editing is making me nauseous

  32. @CaminoMD

    March 11, 2026 at 3:04 pm

I found her answer about fibroids to be dismissive. Fibroids can be painful if your uterus is full of them. I had that. Two were the size of grapefruits. I had more than one within my uterine wall, and three had grown on the outside of it. I hardly had a day without needing a pad. So, she should’ve said that fibroids can be a serious matter with women. Many who have had a hysterectomy did so because of problems with fibroids.

    • @chelseashurmantine8153

      March 11, 2026 at 8:57 pm

My sister literally just had a hysterectomy for her fibroids. She’s 40

  33. @rosmarbal

    March 11, 2026 at 3:42 pm

There is no good scientific evidence that magnesium does anything at all. There is also a myth that magnesium glycinate is more bioavailable, but when you look into the evidence, it’s is severely lacking and it’s very difficult to find reliable info on bioavailablity. I hear anecdotal evidence of it helping with cramps but studies aren’t definitive. So use it for cramps if you like and if it works and if your kidneys are working well. Don’t go crazy or you will get diarrhoea. Signed a pharmacist who gets asked about magebsium every goddam day.

It gets me so angry the neglect in medical research for women! Did you know at one point in the USA when they didn’t know about menopause, the medical field actually had an acronym for seemingly healthy middle-aged women who would complain of symptoms? WW, which stands for Whiny Woman. They used this to dismiss loads of women who came to them with VALID complaints about their physical pain and discomfort.

  41. @LittleNyxFlower

    March 11, 2026 at 5:51 pm

11:45 I’m so disappointed she didn’t bring up Fertility Awareness Method. Its still largely unknown despite having a high effectiveness. The “cycle method” is not a method. There’s marquette, syptothermal method, creighton. And so many more. You can really understand your body using daily BBT (temperature), cervical fluid and cervical positioning.

  42. @VitkiBjarkan

    March 11, 2026 at 6:16 pm

They found my Endometriosis (spots found on the outside of the uterus during post op biopsy) due to me getting a hysterectomy because my periods were bad and I didn’t want any anymore. I left my ovaries at first due to my age at the time (21). A year and half later the Endometriosis came back with a vengeance and was found on my colon and right side around the ovary. Now to wait a year after removing my ovaries to see if the Endometriosis comes back again lol.

How many of y’all be in a similar situation ?

The constant camera cuts every few seconds make the audio choppy, and more importantly, made me feel nauseated. Great information but I had to listen with my eyes closed?!?!? Please stop doing this! I’d rather have one camera angle or if you insist on jump cuts, you could do about 1/4 of the number!!

  51. @StevenH-g7b

    March 11, 2026 at 9:45 pm

Trust no doctor, male or female. Be your own. Western medicine is a business. Revenue per patient is maximized somewhere between perfectly healthy and perfect dead.

  52. @BKME19

    March 11, 2026 at 10:03 pm

Y’all, be chill. 😁 The jumps are done so the video edits into an easy flowing sequence of words and sentences, considering the length of the video. That includes cutting out any pauses she might have had in real time. Also, it’s nice to utilize different camera angles so it doesn’t feel boring.

  53. @dawnmaclearfitness

A slight pushback if you will. Women and minorities were 100% being tested on, MOST, without their consent. A lot of the discoveries we have today have been at the abuse of black, brown, female and disabled bodies

Thank you for this. I will turn 54 this year and I am (I think) at the end of the perimenopause stage. What I have learned here and over the last few years has helped me navigate through it. I am also happy that more study about women is happening in the medical field.

  61. @amassofcontradictions4693

Can we get a link to the references for some of the claims in this? I’m not doubting anything per se but if you’re gonna talk about what the studies or research shows it would be nice for that to be provided so we have a reference other than 20 seconds in a YouTube video

    • @katculbertson2444

      March 13, 2026 at 12:37 am

Fertility awareness method can include a bunch of different things (cycle tracking, checking your temperature daily, checking your cervical mucus), and which combination of elements a person uses to determine their fertile days will vastly change the effectiveness. Cycle tracking is going to be more effective for people who naturally have a regular cycle than for people whose cycle lengths vary. On top of that, BC effectiveness can be measured by either “typical use” or “perfect use”, basically whether you account for user error in the statistics. I kind of wish she’d thrown in a quick explanation, but I’m guessing one or all of those things I mentioned explain the discrepancy.

  66. @SamaraMorgan1970

    March 12, 2026 at 1:50 pm

After watching this, I really feel like a defective human as a woman. The wording is very problematic in many places (regulate/stable vs. rollercoaster…), suggesting a biologically normal state is not preferred.

    • @katculbertson2444

      March 13, 2026 at 12:52 am

I totally get what you’re saying. But also, there’s no reason to assume that a biologically normal state is ideal (i.e. natural doesn’t equal optimal). Evolution doesn’t care much if we’re comfortable, especially once we are past reproductive age. All evolution optimizes us to do is successfully reproduce generation after generation. So acknowledging that natural hormone fluctuations can cause discomfort and inventing medicines to make life better for women isn’t insulting women–just working to improve things for them where evolution failed to

My mum’s hot flushes, mood swings and weight gain started about 50 and let me tell you, the mood swings probably calmed down 5 years later! She says she still gets the odd hot flush (she’s 62) but otherwise she’s ‘normal’. My friend’s mum just knew she’d gone through it as her periods tapered away to nothing, no other symptoms.

I’ve got severe PMDD and after hearing women talk about their menopause symptoms, I explain PMDD like this: it’s like I’m in menopause for two weeks of each month. I’m 33 right now.

I thought PMDD was more about anger and irritability, not depression.

Why so many commercial breaks. It makes these videos unwatchable.

I am at the critical perimenopausal / menopausal stage. Learned so much here. Thank you for the accessible information!!

Just wanna say, I thought the editing was fine. Moreso want to show appreciation for just having videos like these focused on women’s health and beyond. Especially with it being so underresearched, the more we can share evidence-based advice the better!!

  94. @peacefulbeingtaw

    March 15, 2026 at 5:32 pm

I don’t really care who asked the question, why are you sharing their nickname.. just a waist of time.

  95. @fluffhead6757

    March 15, 2026 at 9:08 pm

How timely to hear PMDD explained a couple days after my sibling floated the suggestion I look it up. Is THAT why my soul feels like an injured dog screaming its head off with my period due any day now? I figured the irritability was the PMS, but I wasn’t so sure about the odd bouts of anguish and depression 🧐

Really informative video but who edited it? AI? The jumps are so distracting

  100. @pampelmou55e

    March 16, 2026 at 1:50 pm

Another vote for the jump cuts being dreadful. It’s a shame. This is such an important issue and these cuts make it nearly impossible to watch.

I’ve been on birth control for over ten years. I’m glad there’s no issue with it. I had 3 Nexplanon implants and am now working through a Kyleena IUD. both extremely effective and low side effect for me

  102. @gentlecreatureart

    March 16, 2026 at 3:03 pm

Please stop with the jump cuts, we have our attention spans. It’s giving cocomelon

  103. @MyBlackSheep

Y’all, chill with the cut complains. Editor is apparently paid by the amount of cuts, let them eat 😂

Who edited this? Jump cuts every 2 words?

  105. @zettaniccole

    March 16, 2026 at 7:11 pm

I didn’t know I had PMDD until I was 30+. I thought it was normal until a friend told me my feelings were not. Birth control made it worse 😢

I love my pcp because she went into business for yourself specifically so she could treat women who werent getting taken seriosuly otherwise. She tells me horror stories of accompanying her patients to appointments with specialists and they still try to pass it off as “psychosomatic” WITH HER RIGHT THERE.

Commenting in agreement with everyone else, the jump cuts are obnoxious

Cycle tracking can be very effective as birth control actually, it’s sad how many health professionals are so quick to dismiss it. Ofcourse not all cycle tracking is equal, cycle tracking isn’t a method itself but an umbrella term for many different methods, including the rhythm method (which isn’t effective unless you have a perfect cycle). I’ve personally been using a sympto-thermal method (basal body temperature & cervical mucus) for about 7 years now and it’s never failed me, it’s as effective as the pill when rules are followed to a T. I’m sad for the people who seek a hormone-free birth control who blindly believe dr’s when they say it’s not effective. They call it “practicing medicine”, ie, they don’t know everything!!

  115. @anb2526

    March 18, 2026 at 9:34 pm

This was going so well until she said that tracking was a bad way to avoid pregnancy. Not if you do it right (with temping and OPK’s and using condoms or abstaining in the fertile window) and after a few months of practice!

  117. @MomoSimone22

She lost me pretty early on with the no known long term side effects to birth control… I think plenty of women would disagree.

  118. @varlyte32

    March 19, 2026 at 11:27 am

The camera cuts are insane, please stop/reduce them!

0:34 women love to make jokes about men not understanding their bodies while knowing absolutely nothing about their own bodies. Almost as if misandry is normalised
