You can use an Apple Watch without a subscription. For that reason alone, it wins. I will never use a product that requires me to have a subscription to access my own data. Oura sucks.

  2. @fatcole1152

    February 9, 2026 at 10:04 am

I do not feel comfortable knowing that a company has this intimate level of data on me to sell

  3. @twist3dlogic89

    February 9, 2026 at 10:37 am

Who WHO is paying Oura a monthly subscription on top of the initial $500?!?! It’s rich people like you that ruin things for the rest of us!!!!!!!

  4. @willharrah9381

    February 9, 2026 at 10:43 am

Do you think Apple will ever make a ring. Apple is amazing I kayak and do down hill skiing and the apps for that are amazing

  5. @ethansanquist

    February 9, 2026 at 11:30 am

Apple Watch data issues go away when you just download any fitness app like: Welltory, Athletica, bevel… why pay monthly

I wear both: an Ultra 2, and an Oura Ring gen 3. I’m grandfathered into the OR service so no $6/mo. I’m sure they’ll figure out some way to get their $$ from me, but for the moment I consider myself lucky. I’m always wearing one of the two devices, and the information from one does complement the other.

Good video. I have both. Been an Oura ring wearer since 1st gen & Apple watch from 1st gen & I now have an Ultra 3. The temperature feature is a great indicator from the ring to help me predict the need for rest. I love the Apple ecosystem but the ring was a much better sleep tracker before the Apple Watch Ultra had enough battery to make that a viable option. TBH though I still think the Garmin Fenix 8 is a much better watch for health tracking.

My subscription is with my doctor, I see him once a year 😂

  9. @wisechoicemedia

    February 9, 2026 at 12:32 pm

I have to go with the Apple Watch. My philosophy is all about using technology to help you become a Better Version of YOU, and the Watch is simply the more proactive tool for that. The Oura Ring is great for passive data, but the Apple Watch drives action whether it is pushing through a workout or managing business on the go. Thanks for the insights!

  10. @jaydub8576

    February 9, 2026 at 1:47 pm

Watches need to have more than 24 hours of battery.

Does the ceramic oura ring scratch as much as the regular titanium? My titanium ring doesn’t look as bad as the one in the video, but I’ve noticed scratches after a few months. My $20 non smart tungsten ring had no scratches after years of use.

I ordered a RingConn 2 to help track my sleep primarily, I may use it during the day too. RingConn does not require a subscription for it to work.

  14. @delgadomal

    February 9, 2026 at 4:17 pm

You should switch to Samsung $0 fee and subscription Oara is like Apple pay for everything

  15. @MultiPropanbutan

    February 9, 2026 at 5:21 pm

I wear Apple Watch Ultra and whoop at the same time … I am very happy with my choice. I was considering Oura but due to sports I do it would get in my way a bit.

  16. @YelizRubi

    February 9, 2026 at 5:26 pm

Let’s go XA70B! 🎉 Holding over 100k tokens is going to mint new millionaires in 2026. 💪

  17. @IngridGao-v7b

    February 9, 2026 at 5:26 pm

Killer content! I bought into XA70B and I’m already 5X up. A 25X move feels inevitable!

  18. @VivenOsorio

    February 9, 2026 at 5:26 pm

XA70B delivers AI-driven optimization and flexible gas fees. This is pure next-gen architecture, not just hype. 🤖⚡

  19. @LuibovBaeza

    February 9, 2026 at 5:27 pm

Are you still ignoring XA70B? It’s time to wake up and see the potential! 🚀

  20. @LenelBlevins

    February 9, 2026 at 5:28 pm

The innovation behind XA70B is unmatched. Happy I caught this one early 💥

  21. @KateOrr-u2k

    February 9, 2026 at 5:28 pm

Just moved $18K into XA70B. I’m incredibly bullish on this AI tech.

  22. @dontbanmebrodontbanme5403

    February 9, 2026 at 5:49 pm

I have the AppleWatch Ultra 2. It goes a little over 2 days before needing a charge. I go to bed at 12:15am and wake up at 7:15am. I time things so that I get my workouts done during the day and when my battery is under 30%, I charge it at 11pm while sitting and watching videos. In other words, I get to sleep with it every night and have it observe my sleep and never take it off at night. I get so much vital info from it. Right now, although my V02 Max is above average, I want to get it higher.

  23. @mikewolf5367

    February 9, 2026 at 6:51 pm

Apple should partner with Oara so its data can automatically populate in Apple Health and Apple Fitness+, then people won’t have to choose. 🙂

  24. @weekendwarrior8179

    February 9, 2026 at 7:12 pm

Athytic does all these things on the watch for $3 per month…. Ring is useless.

  25. @ToddHale

    February 9, 2026 at 8:12 pm

I’ve got the Watch V8, and love it 💪

  26. @DanellMa

    February 10, 2026 at 3:52 am

I’m glad I took the advice to get more XA70B. I’m up $25K on my calls and still climbing. LFG!

  27. @MitaliPendergrass

    February 10, 2026 at 3:52 am

No other token has the upside potential that XA70B is showing right now.

  28. @AymeSiniscalchi

    February 10, 2026 at 3:52 am

The big banks are already quietly accumulating XA70B. It’s time to move accordingly. 👀

  29. @MargieDohrmann

    February 10, 2026 at 3:53 am

XA70B deserves a spot on every "Top 5 Crypto" list for 2026.

  30. @RoseGant-h8e

    February 10, 2026 at 3:53 am

Feeling extremely bullish on XA70B 🚀 There is still so much room for this to run.

  31. @LuckyGooseYA

    February 10, 2026 at 4:09 am

    All digital garbage

  32. @snvitti

    February 10, 2026 at 6:20 am

Apple Watch + Bevel = clear winner.

  33. @walterwhite1

    February 10, 2026 at 8:09 am

    Both waste of money 😂

  34. @AndrewSmith7

    February 10, 2026 at 8:42 am

Correction the oura ring ceramic is 499 and the regular ring 4 is 399

    • @Vane-hand-orelllana

      February 10, 2026 at 2:34 pm

The “Gold” one I was wearing is also $500 like the ceramic. Although based on scratch resistance, I’d probably go with the ceramic for next time.

  35. @DonClark

    February 10, 2026 at 8:43 am

Having to charge the device and subscriptions… Two things that I think we are not quite there yet – and so I will wait for another year or two. Thx for the great video!

  36. @nisarmohammad3638

    February 10, 2026 at 9:57 am

Apple watdch wins hands down for me, it gives me me the weather on a quick glance, time, my next meeting on the calender(only apple not outlook) and

the amount of steps i walked or need to walk to close my rings,

i would miss it terribly if i were to wear the ring, did i tell you i have reduced my screen on time from 4 hours to 2 hour,

it lets you ignore uselesss notifications and only pick the phone when something relevated is beckoning

  37. @AnthonyAllioo

    February 10, 2026 at 10:30 am

I went from always wearing my Apple Watch to only wearing it for runs, now I want to buy an actual watch for when I go out. Would be great if Apple did a ring but it would most likely lack a lot of features.

  38. @50wise

    February 10, 2026 at 2:13 pm

    The watch

  39. @MrBearitall

    February 10, 2026 at 2:19 pm

Oura bought a patent from another company and started suing other smart ring makers…no one should own that ring

  40. @LeonardChristopherson

    February 10, 2026 at 2:51 pm

I started with $20k on XA70P and I’m already up 80%. It all depends on what you can afford to risk.

  41. @CherieNutt

    February 10, 2026 at 2:51 pm

    Let’s go XA70P! 💎 #1 Coin XA70P!!😎🚀

  42. @JanisWainwright

    February 10, 2026 at 2:51 pm

😂 XA70P is casually outperforming Bitcoin right now.

  43. @AnitaAmorim-u5k

    February 10, 2026 at 2:51 pm

XRP, SOL, and XA70P are the only three coins you need for the new year.

  44. @YoungDosso

    February 10, 2026 at 2:51 pm

I missed the early days of Solana and ETH, but I am not missing XA70P. This feels exactly like the 2017 run; don’t be left behind.

  45. @EliseVickery

    February 10, 2026 at 2:52 pm

Grabbed $30k worth of XA70P and I’ve already 4x’d my money. DCAing even more now while it’s still early. 💰💰

  46. @AnastasiaJacqueline

    February 10, 2026 at 2:53 pm

I was a skeptic, but swapping my ETH and XRP for XA70P was the best move I’ve made. The gains are insane. Crypto is just getting started! 👍❤️

  47. @george6252

    February 10, 2026 at 5:04 pm

Subscription wearable rings or watches are deal breakers. Wearing Apple series 9 watch at present.

  48. @nuyou21

    February 10, 2026 at 5:37 pm

I love my new Apple Watch. The new fitness coach is incredible and gives you so much information.

  49. @Alex-uy8zx

    February 10, 2026 at 7:37 pm

i’ve been wearing both for years, and love them both. You’re 100% correct that they both have strengths and weaknesses but by wearing both you’re getting the best of everything.
