Lenovo already have big failures for years with their flexpad 5 hinges, so would never buy this. I am not even sure who would want this?. Who did ok this idea at Lenovo lol 🙂
@Firikka
January 10, 2026 at 5:36 am
Why?! It would be way easier to just manually open the laptop or to turn the display. 🤔
@nintendolord

@Robkoe

Useless
@aamackie

Right? That plus a motor to control it? Sounds like an absolute nightmare for repairability
@ichigokurosaki9991
January 10, 2026 at 8:03 am
Why tho
@Behemoth456
January 10, 2026 at 9:07 am

What is WD-40 if not a lubricant? No one else uses it on door hinges?
@JG-vo3mh
January 10, 2026 at 10:47 am
Why do I need that functionality
@ravety-eruko
January 10, 2026 at 10:53 am
Is that really necessary?
It’s faster to open or close by hand
@Aragorn7884
January 10, 2026 at 11:12 am
I hope all 4 of you enjoy that feature 😅
@TRUMP_WQN

Useless features for useless people
@hundio88

This is what happens when you have to increase shareholder value every quarter 😂 what a silly little idea
@luisvelez6024
January 10, 2026 at 1:13 pm
Anyone who says that WD-40 is not a lubricant has probably never used tools before
@jonvalde
January 10, 2026 at 1:18 pm
Nobody needs this 😂
@Summ3rRyan
January 10, 2026 at 1:23 pm
How ridiculous
@nintendolord
January 10, 2026 at 1:24 pm
The repairing cost is probably going to be like a thousand or more dollars because of the hinge mechanism and motor 😂
@Dr_Louisy10
January 10, 2026 at 1:36 pm
Only on paper as “concept”
@AI-Lipp
