“This story is so powerful. 💪 It shows how deeply society’s beauty standards can shape the way women see themselves, even when they are strong, healthy, and thriving. Redefining the focus from appearance to true health and strength is the culture shift we desperately need. Thank you for sharing such an honest and motivating journey

Cables and pulleys. Bench press and heart arythmia. That only issue with lifting. Build your body and make what you want out of yourself. The capacity to stand stock still without shrinking your senses; that’s one of the first steps to body building. When you lift, the peripheral sensory output merges with the peripheral sensory input. The capability for extending your senses while remaining steadfast. First, become weightlifter; that’s the primary step. Weightlifting comes first, prior to body building. Body building has a host of questions and answers which the individual practicioner must supply for themselves.

But Sandeep Roy Choudhury, who’s spent two decades financing climate projects from rural cookstoves to coastal forests, says the real failure is discouraging companies from even trying.
