Actually, a woman/biological female would still be required to carry the pregnancy in the scenarios mentioned in the video. As of now, it is not feasible to grow embryos outside the womb.

Since working on embryonic cells isn’t allowed in most countries in the world I don’t think we will have to worry about that too soon. Let alone the thought be scary though.
