Ok. So. How much far we’ll go with this tech that we’ll have to use a mask instead of natural sleep. I am concerned with tech

I sleep with my Manta Mask every night, over my full-face CPAP mask. My wife likes to keep the lights on at night while she reads, while I’m trying to get to sleep. So, I need something that blocks out the light. Of all the masks I’ve tried, the Manta seems to be the best at blocking out light, and what it can’t block out comes through my CPAP mask. The Manta Mask Bluetooth speakers also help block out her snoring, if she has fallen asleep and not put on her CPAP mask. My only complaint is that the Bluetooth speakers aren’t loud enough to really properly block out the sound of her snoring.

The mask can help you sleep and I need to try this.
