Who is this reporter to tell a CEO how he should he manage his company? Why doesn’t she make similar demands in other areas of the business? She was totally out of her pro standards.

❌Every business must have at least one person out of every gender, race, or nationality groups. Otherwise it should be accused with bigotry & sent to jail????

The absurdity and arrogance of her question is why this doesn’t make sense. What exactly would a woman bring to his boardroom?

Condescending, and self defeating tone by the anchor if you want to improve diversity while maintaining meritocracy.

The bottom line, potential advisory board members should be considered based on credentials, thus contributing to the long-term success of the company.

What kind of patronizing moral policing was that in the beginning? He himself is a minority in the USA. Born and raised in India, a first gen immigrant success story. He wasn’t handed anything on the plate, look up his background. To go on and lecture an immigrant from a much less privileged background on Diversity as a white woman born and raised in the US is delusional and pathetic.
