This doesn’t help me a lot, but does tell me a lot of why people do a lot of things I don’t understand. Perhaps I’m just not social enough to understand why people do point 2.

    Step 1: promote class consciousness
Step 2: organize with fellow coworkers
Step 3: seize the means of production
    Step 4: reorganize the workplace
Step 5: no owner class, no drama

I don’t quit the job… I quit the horrible people that “work” there. It should be illegal to start drama at work and these companies should find out who starts it and prosecute them accordingly.

  29. Andrew Keener

These steps are all fine and dandy, but it’s also helpful if the offended person (or people) actually addresses the issue with the person (or people) they have issue with. No one is a mind reader. Just let them know what they did to offend you so they can improve. These steps are basically setting people up for failure (in my opinion). Again, in my opinion, the best (and kindest) thing to do is to address the issue with the person (or people) in private. Be calm, yet direct and to the point.

Step 1: Avoid talking about personal things, avoid gossip and telling complaints with co-workers and focus on your job.

Step 2: Don’t treat co-workers like friends. They are not. Focus on your money.

Step 3: Don’t DATE at the workplace! REPEAT: DO NOT DATE!

Amazing video!! The problem on the enterprises (in my experience) is they don’t value the work of many even if they show talent.

The people don’t work day by day for create a better place for the employees… And then is the first step for create the work place drama jajaja !

I don’t know if it’s just me or not, but all she seemed to share with us was common knowledge.
The provided examples were minor uncomfortable interactions with co-workers.
I was hoping this presentation would cover more severe situations & altercations. Such as, . Coworkers intentionally bullying others. Sabotaging coworkers to gain more praise and promotions.

Lazy unqualified coworkers purposely making others look bad to make themselves look better. As well as other more severe situations that do unfortunately take place in the workplace. Unfortunately some people carry over High School Foolery into the workplace and you can end up destroying or hurting others and it’s quite sad.

Please excuse any errors in my grammar or punctuation oh, I was using talk to text and did not have time to edit this comment.

Used to work in a drama flooded place. It made the work feel worse than it was. Learned pretty quickly not to get involved and started being the person who cuts them short whenever a gossip arrives at my table. Damn did it bring peace. Tho its funny to sit and watch from the outside while they had literal WARS with each other resulting in 2 people getting fired.
