There’s always got to be that ONE GUY that insists on wearing his mask for brownie points.

What level of phone access is required?

    • The Gadget Guru

      June 29, 2023 at 1:55 pm

Does it really matter? Anyways probably not much

@The Gadget Guru A lot of apps want access to things not immediately related to app function. Collecting info about where I shop and what I bought last via cross app monitoring seems to invasive on a gaming app. Maybe that doesn’t apply to this one. Just asking.

      It’s not an app

    • The Gadget Guru

      July 1, 2023 at 11:16 am

@Bierdaddy1 true but on android it give you a straight up explanation on why most apps require that exact permission

@Cathy KurlemannI see that now. Directions to “scan a QR code” were unclear if it went to the App Store or a browser. It looks browser based if you pause whenever she shows her phone.

Let’s just agree that the Nintendo is inovative when it comes to stuff like these… using mobile phones so that 100 players can participate / snap the correct color game… brilliant !
