Sigh. Thought my anxiety was under control but someone well…bullied me for lack of a better word and I got so mad but I’m the silent mad type. I felt like a pressure cooker. Also the person is a superior so I couldn’t really do or say much. A couple hours later I had a panic attack. Was upset with myself I let that affect me so much as to trigger an attack.

You can always say “that’s not fair” in a firm yet respectful tone. Also, forgive that bully, for he doesn’t know any better, yet (he may know that he is bullying you, but he believes it’s bully or be bullied or he was bullied and now is paying forward! All due to lack of higher level awareness.) When you do forgive truly and still stay firm, he/she will learn from you that there is a better way to live and get along.

Maybe for some. For others, it maximizes their anxiety.
You ever hear of weed making you paranoid? That’s an anxiety response.

The relationship between farmers and the sun just got an upgrade #TEDTalks

Exhausted from carrying water up a hill to keep her small farm in Kenya thriving, Josephine Waweru received an unexpected call that offered a nearly unbelievable solution. She shares how one simple device allowed her crops (and her dreams) to flourish — and offers a glimmer of hope in the face of growing climate uncertainty.

Design consultant Virginia Santy set out to create an office space built specifically for women, flipping the script on the subtle (and not-so-subtle) ways that workplaces and cities still fail them. The results were striking: greater productivity, deeper collaboration and an environment where women felt genuinely valued, leading her to ask a simple question: What would the world look like if we designed with women in mind?
