    This was wonderful. However, I still don’t understand why the bugs project their pee. There must be some evolutionary purpose for doing so.

      I think he said something along the lines of those bugs being so small that gravity doesnt have much impact so they must create droplets and fling their pee for it to leave their body. That’s why I think he showed the cicadas (the bigger ones) actually peeing in jet form rather than flinging.
