Our achievements can lead to a change in our life and lifestyle; the real reason for our happiness is actually inner fulfilment.
_To achieve any dream in life requires dedication, patience and perseverance. The bigger the dream, the greater the effort and, many times longer the wait. Many times while waiting, we even feel tired, broken or hopeless. So the moment our dream comes true, we feel a zest of energy, and the time of life we thought got wasted becomes meaningful._
Don’t ever feel disappointed and discouraged, even if the wait seems long. Your time will never get wasted. The efforts you put in will always yield a result in one way or another.

Of course self reflextion has its rewards but this could have been a more flushed out talk with concrete sugestions like key things to reflect on , how to fit it into a busy dchedule and meathods of acheaving the goal like mindfull meditation and journaling . As is is I’m not really left with much of anything but a platitude .

Psychedelics (daily vaping ground weed, sometimes psilocybin mushrooms, sometimes LSD), learned me to self reflect and improve my life (ASD diagnose at 30 for example, and reached out to get mental help).
