It’s never this simple when the negativity comes from your own and/or your partner’s family… My in-laws I could easily boot out but I do have to also consider my partner in this and try to get along. Cannot change them, cannot boot them.. What then? What else is there than avoid them best I can and grit my teeth to put on a fake smile when I see them.
