We need to stop focusing on improving driving and finding driving alternatives already. More cars will only be a bad thing yet that’s all the aim is. Not to give pedestrians back the power of transport with high speed rail. Trams and other advancements not giving more folk a reason to travel alone

Humvee is military, Hummers are not, “Military grade” ???? over used term. Either ways, these vehicles are obselete to the defence and are on its last legs.

Looks like someone at Honeywell has been looking at a lot of Gundam and other Mecha anime to make this a reality.

I think if you have windows you should probably use them – not cover them with black plastic. All the motor vehicle laws about restricted vision would have to be repealed in every state. And aside from being shot at as in military vehicles, I can’t think of any other uses for this tech that would be better than eyes.

The problem IS ….. any ‘bad guy’ can take out the cameras easily and render the vehicle blind……. a VERY weak link….
