Medicines and medicines
But maybe start by the cause of cancer
=> a bad working liver that don’t clean all chemical rubbish out of the body.
Sugars (glucose & fructose) are the feed of cancer cells!
Don’t feed them by fasting and ketogenic diet.
Keto-diet gives higher LDL cholesterol
Yeah but the good part of LDL cholesterol
So also less heartproblems by Keto.
BTW cholesterol isn’t the main cause of heartproblems!
Do research on above mentioned and a new world will go open in knowledge

I get the purpose, and I’m not saying there isn’t a good faith discussion to be had – but do you think future generations will ever look at what we do to lab animals, even mice, and find us all to be morally culpable?

Fascinating and enlightening TED with a speaker who delivered the talk in an mellow layman’s tone, in spite of his position in medicine and academia. Bravo👏

Since quitting smoking, I’ve been interested in nutrition, fasting, the effects of white sugar on the body, the role of good sleep in our lives, creating a less stressful environment, exercise, and having a balanced relationship with people who are important to us. and I realized that there is a way to improve our health and our life. What I mentioned is the perfect way to reduce the risk of heart disease or cancer occurring in our body. Of course, it’s not a treatment, it’s prevention, and yet I believe we should treat and respect our bodies before it’s too late. I wish you all good health and a happy life…

DUH. It’s not rocket science, but when big pharma “prefers” profits and customers for life. Plus our food industry making people sick with sugar and garbage food…
