“We all have our own beautiful ways of moving, and this is worth celebrating,” says dancer and choreographer Ryan Heffington. Inviting you to reconsider your connection to dance, he shows how even everyday experiences — tying your shoes, rocking a baby, whisking up some mac and cheese — can offer choreographic inspiration and help you find joy and release when you need it most. After the talk, dancers Nico Lonetree and Ryan Spencer perform a dazzling routine infused with the humor and beauty of daily movements.

Successful people don’t become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance- wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life..

Yes you would think so, but others who deserve the spotlight more are often born into awful environments and havent the access to the doors of success.. in terms of career and appearance.. So these people tend to work alot harder and experience harder lessons, making them physically more suiting for certain jobs, but just lacking the knowledge and experience in most cases,, But does have what it takes to do the job..

This idea can also very much applied to many other things, forms of art, making and creating.
So many people are so stuck in what is expected “to be good”, or focus on the techniques and tools.
Which seem to become the goal instead of actually creating and most important of all, having joy.

I love that “Bob Ross” move I think it’s so powerful that we’re tapping into our bodies movement truly helps to enhance life. As I study indigenous cultures it proves to be so true, often times rhythm & dance is regarded as sacred and it’s only recently that we’ve been taught collectively that dance is for nights out only or ‘inappropriate’.
