Iphone SE(2022) and iPhone 14 series (Regular).
 really disappointed by cost cutting these phones but not reducing the prices!

Smartphone technology has matured to a point where you do NOT need a new phone every year or two. Buy one when you NEED one and don’t get caught up by the hype

Totally agree! I will use my iPhone 8 till it gets no more updates

@Nsp That will probably be next year. I’m surprised your 8 still functions. Kudos to you!

@Jav C I gotta say it still works amazingly well! No lags or issues whatsoever

What if you want the new color though?

Totally agreed. Phones are pretty expensive nowadays. Some flagship phones are even more expensive than a premium laptop. Also upgrading tech annually will certainly contribute toward more landfill…

I’m just fine with my 13 Pro Max 1tb. The 14 Pro isn’t that much of an improvement in my opinion to trade-in.

Yeah they want your old phone for all the gold and silver in it, you get peanuts and they get a 2nd bite at your wallet/purse

Can you try to make your videos less US-centric please? I’m sure you have an international audience. Thanks

I had a phone for the past couple years. When this iphone came out w my carrier they offered me the most amount of money I will ever get for this other phone. It was a no brainer

This video managed to skip over the one category of trade-in that I actually wanted more information about… carrier trade in offers. You could have compared current offers.

    Are African countries included????

This video is absolutely false. When you trade in a Phone with apple and buy a new phone….you pay for the new phone upfront and when they receive your trade in they credit your card the amount of the trade In’s value, not a gift card.

    Loving the trade-in format.

My Nokia 1610 would be fine, if I could still get a battery – most important, I can see the keys and type a number, no matter how bright it is outside. Smartphones long ago reached the point where the basic entry-level device is more than adequate for 99.9% of users.

Just out of curiosity I went to the Apple website to see what they would give me for my 2 month old iPhone 13 Pro 1tb towards the 14 Pro. Their offer was $600. I paid $1600 for it in early July.

I preordered the 14 pro at the TMobile store and will be trading in my XR when I pick up the new phone. My XR trade in value was $400. This dropped the price of the 14pro to $600.

Get a business, buy it through business, boom tax write off. Iphones hold their value. I may pay 500 a year for a phone and i upgrade every year
