Have some self-respect CNET and tell one plus to go F them selves. if you can’t do a full review why even show the phone?

Paid review. Bad

Already they are not smartphone photo champions, they took the liberty of downgrading the hardware of this 10 Pro 🤦🏽♂️.
And when you do infomercials you have an obligation to report it.

You need to tell people that this is paid for by OnePlus. I mean I had a OnePlus 7 Pro before they got absorbed and that phone was great. Their business practices literally took a hit after that. Also them not letting a reviewer not use anything else but the main camera just means they don’t trust their own products. Which then means we shouldn’t either.

It’s just a review of the camera, I think a full review will list its pros and cons
bryan krantz
March 21, 2022 at 11:22 am
@Caleb Kan a “controled” review of a camera that they don’t allow a full review of. That’s considered bad form.

They never telling that… This companies live from review units and commercial contracts, I’m here just for the news , but for a biased review you have to go to a small channel where the reviewer buys the phone with his money…

Limiting the review to the main camera. Sounds fishy like they are hiding something.

I never understood companies who provide hardware and then limit what you can talk about. Bulls**t. I, like a lot of others wouldn’t even consider this phone without a dull unrestricted review.

Takes a lot more to compete than just a camera lol. Especially when everything else in the phone is mediocre at best.

Nothing is mediocre on one plus. People just hate it for no valid reason.

It’s funny how you gloss over the fact that the ultrawide now uses a budget JN1 sensor used in sub-200 dollar smartphones. This phone literally has a worse camera system than the 9 pro.

For everyone bugging out about OnePlus not letting him use the other cameras. It’s an early look at it. Most companies do similar things. e.g. having a showcase but only allowing press to view certain features. It’s not like OnePlus is going to restrict CNET from doing a full review when the phone is released.

Shame on you for accepting such a ridiculous restriction from Oneplus. They are in no position to demand such stupid restrictions. Oneplus alwys gives one good sensor and the rest are cheap to save costs for the processor. these phones are good for college kids who want to play games as much as to take photos. Not for grownups.
