    So, how are we to know that anything shown here by NASA is real? They have shown us fake images of Earth, fake images of the moon, and fake images of Mars. And these have all been proven, so I’m not just saying this. So why are we to trust that anything they show us now is actually real, especially in the age of AI? NASA have lied to us for so long with fake images and videos that I don’t trust anything they show us.

    THIS IS ABJECT FAILURE
    DO BETTER!
    If you cant launch the 4g comms network, this is a failure.
    If you cant launch the micro hopper, or the drill, this is a failure.

    Quite simply, there seems to be no science that can be derived from this mission, due to the exact reason im1 failed. There was no iterative design it seems at all. The CEO says the lander’s COG…Center of Gravity…is low, it clearly isn’t, or your balance is off, or your math is off, but you can not fail twice for the same thing. The CEO says that lander’s legs go to edge of the bottom rocket when packed, then use telescopic legs, so that the lander can be wider. If it was wide enough it would not tip over, and we would have a successful mission.

    There needs to be changed in management, you can not fail twice, for the same damn thing, in this high value industry. You are a liability.

    We spent 60×10^6+ on this mission. All we are getting is I dont knows, we need time to analyze the data. That is failure.

    Please get management at IM that understands iterative spacecraft design. Please, we told you if this does not land upright it is failure.

      Im assuming to protect proprietary technology. If you show the world how they land something from start to finish other companies gonna start catching on.

      Because it takes about 15 minutes for HD video to arrive on Earth from the moon which is more than 200,000 miles away. Everything is delayed a few minutes. They did show 3 images of the descent that were taken on the approach.

    wow this was probably the most soulless moon landing ever. No cheering, no excitement. Guy is raining orders ‘we need to evaluate that situation and I’d like to get a picture’…. ugh…. I would not want to work there…

      You want them to cheer for a failed landing? Theyre probably going to lose contracts over this…. all the broadcasts ive seen people dont get excited until they successfully landed in the intended orientation. Plus they said they couldnt do anything with the unit at this point. So its literally just a big expensive paper weight…. Whats to cheer for?
