Fisker reported that given its financial condition, evolving dealership sales approach, and challenging EV market, it has “substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern”

You can’t control AI any more than you can control ideas. Any talk of regulating AI is nonsensical.

Regardless of how advanced and conscious that ai will be. If they stay good and always need humans to give instructions then they can do anything. They will still be remain as just a non living thing machine.

Just like chatgpt regardless of how smart and advanced it is. Without humans chatting and typing requests and questions to it. It will just be a stationary lifeless machine.
