Yoda lived to be 900 years old before he died of old age, maybe 200 or so to reach adolescence? Since Mando is basically a standard human, I doubt he would live that long. There’s some pretty advanced tech in Starwars though, so it may be possible to extend a human life that long.

They won’t ever age up Grogu because they wanna keep selling plushies. Only reason he exists in the first place.

The moment Lucas sold to Disney Star Wars was doomed. Disney destroy this franchise.

I rremember reading somewhere that Disney wanted– to go all out onGrogu merch BEFORE the Mandalorian tv show officially came out and Favreau requested that they hold off until it made sense and Grogu was properly introduced organically to the audience. I love that he cares so much about these little details.. The story and characters natural development with the audience mattered more to him tnan all the merch that he knew would eventually come. Such a rare treasure in Hollywood…💚

Yoda died at around 900, right? That would make Grogu the equivalent of a 4-5 year old human. Their defense of keeping him a toddler is insulting.

This is just more examples of how the leadership of Star Wars continually misses the lessons their declining viewership is trying to tell them. Stop rehashing old characters and shoving them into pointless stories. Tell new, fully formed and self-contained stories that go somewhere and mean something. Give us something new and interesting.

More Andor. Less everything else they have been doing.

Wow, people are really butthurt by The Mandalorian, you all have short memories. I can remember this show getting rave reviews a few years ago.
Was the movie a masterpiece? No. Was it half an hour too long? Probably. Was it fun? Absolutely.
