Can’t wait to see the new Mac Pro in the shape of some other kitchenware shapes than a trash bin and a cheese grater.

Plenty of uses for those old cables – a skipping rope for your hamster for instance. Give him a break from that wheel.

VR is no good. Strapping a thing on your head, putting it in front of your eyes. Unnatural.

Well.. Does not matter how powerful their hardware is.. MacOS is a million lightyears behind windows and Ubuntu. Their dock and universal menu is not functional at all.

It should also be mentioned that apple is only going to be selling 1 apple mr headset to one istore. So don’t go crazy. Apple isn’t interested in high volume mixed reality. They want long term profit.

Apple is gonna go portless before putting a USB C in an IPhone

I expect nothing. The biggest change we received was M1 processors in MacBooks. That literally changed everything on portable computers. Unless they make a foldable/retractable device then I won’t be impressed. VR is a joke. If you think Apple has the imagination to think outside the box for VR you’re on the hype train. You’re not going to get Ready Player 1 emulations from that experience.

What’s better than USB C???if Apple couldn’t innovative a better port why ís it when forced to change the say there could be something better when they used lightning fór a long time

Let’s see what the VR device is like… This could change everything. Or it could flop.

I personally think they should discontinue the iMac 24 and offer a 24, 27 and 32 inch monitor which would have the sexy modern style of an IMac 24 without a chin at a lower price than a Studio monitor. Apple is pushing MacBooks anyways, so just hook that up or a Mac mini up to a monitor and choose your preferred set up. I owned an iMac 27 and was eternally awaiting a new version but it never came. So I finally gave in, got a MacBook Air M2 ( 24Gb / 2Tb ) with a 27 in. Mac Studio. In the future, will just upgrade the laptop when needed. Would of preferred my monitor to look like a iMac 24 though but in a 27 in. Could of been tempted to go up to 32 in.

A little to childish for me. Is there a video aimed at adults ?

  38. Nino P

    December 31, 2022 at 5:36 pm

I’m just hoping for the original HomePod to return a good 100$ cheaper. I have 2 and the Dolby atmos & spatial audio when paired to the Apple TV is impressive… the minis in the other hand is hardly worth using.

I think apple would remove the lightning port in next iphone to force users to use magsafe wireless chatter. That would also mean apple wouldn’t have to worry about the EU resolution since there’s no port 😅

  41. Imagination King

I’m too comfortable with lightning ports

  42. SS S

Maybe the future of apple should include humanly sourcing their raw materials instead of buying cobalt from disgusting mines in Africa that abuse and use child labor

The Quest pro already has eye tracking, multiple cameras for passthrough vision, and positional audio. What I’m really wondering about is Apple’s display tech.

@6:27 – Definitely the “Apple Reality” headset, and how it matches up to similar offerings [in the marketplace].
