I think he doesn’t understand that it wasn’t the cheating part that got him sacked from the Try Guys, although being the “Wife Guy” was his brand, it was more having a sexual relationship with an employee of your business. Like that is a serious power imbalance. You are having a relationship with your subordinate! Like the more I see of him, he’s like “I cheated on my Wife!” Yeah, that happened, but you also caused a HR disaster which would cause any person to lose their job if they were in a sexual relationship with a subordinate.
