Question Help… with this Apple Watch can it help me with high blood pressure and anxiety? Can some help me with that. I want to get one but want to make sure first. Thanks

    • Justin Sims

      August 11, 2020 at 11:54 pm

Uhhhh. You should probably see a doc. I don’t think a watch can prescribe you a beta blocker.

    • Aaaaea

      August 12, 2020 at 12:18 am

Yes you can, but remember, Apple Watch is not a medical device so don’t rely too heavily on it, a doctor may help you better

    • Martin Acuna

      August 12, 2020 at 12:41 am

Justin Sims I do see my doctor and I take blood pressure medicine and anxiety meds. But I just want a Apple Watch to help me out a little and check my pressure or whatever that does.

    • Martin Acuna

      August 12, 2020 at 12:43 am

Aaaaea I do see a doctor. I just want to know if like your high blood pressure gets carried away. Will the watch let you know. Just something to help a little like checking your blood pressure without having to drag out this big blood pressure machine that goes around your arm. Thanks

Great to get the first hand, but first hand usually not the best of getting well attention to, keep up the good work

They should be able to finalize their app so offline stream works.

I tried sleep tracking and legit don’t see a benefit, not to mention the annoyance of sleeping with your watch.

I updated my watch to OS 7 and it’s amazing so far. No bugs as of yet. I also updated my iPhone and my iPad. The phone beta is a little buggy. But not that bad. 🤷🏻

I’ve had it for one day and haven’t really noticed much of a difference. I was excited for native sleep tracking but I find that it doesn’t give me as much info into my sleep as I would like. My old fitbit from 3 years ago had way better sleep tracking and provided much more detail. Hoping sleep info will get more detailed over time on watchOS.

      August 12, 2020 at 4:14 am

Agreed! Plus I just ignored all the wind down alerts and missed my “bedtime” anyways.

Pumped about sleep tracking. I miss my Fitbit because of the sleep tracking

This option has been available for years, if you select exactly the same option on your iPhone and sleep with your Apple watch it will give you the results on your phone or watch screen next morning. I’ve been using EXACTLY that option for years now 🤷🏽‍♂️ I don’t get it….

  28. Kieren Moore

Translation is great … Sleep is useful, too …

  29. Mike Coshan

    August 12, 2020 at 8:30 am

Ive installed the public watchOS beta 7 and so far I’m completely underwhelmed. Only one new Apple Watch face, though they’ve improved customisation of some of the existing ones very slightly. sleep tracking & translate are okay but could be better.

  30. Thorvald Rhys Bjørnson

    August 12, 2020 at 9:24 am

You said during the instruction on how to install iOS 14 on an iPhone that we should head to the Apple “developer” site, WRONG!!! It is the Beta testing site that we need to visit to enrol our devices into the Public Beta testing programme. It may be a good idea in future to allow someone who knows what they are talking about to do these videos! 👎 3/5

No hypnogram (graph of sleep stages) means third party sleep apps are still better.

Are the public betas released at the same time as the dev betas because I’m running the developer beta and my friend is running public beta. Idk if he gets them as a different time as me.

Trash you can’t even add custom sounds and truly custom themes.

  39. SecretOfMonkeyIsland

    August 12, 2020 at 5:39 pm

Definitely a 0.5 update this year, dont think they even added barely any new watch faces .. poor.

Anyway a software update can activate an always on display for the watch3?

    • Alfredo Santillan Jr

      August 13, 2020 at 11:23 pm

Unfortunately no. Series 5 has a LTPO display which gives it the always on display. Series 3 and Series 4 do not have the LTPO display.

  43. M Č

    August 12, 2020 at 7:58 pm

I was so disappointed with the removal of Force Touch, especcialy on the smaller Series 3, hope they add it later like they did with 3D touch.

the “Killer” feature i believe that will make the Apple Watch forever untouchable, if Apple could manage to put “Facetime” On the Apple Watch, don’t tell me they can’t do it, just would take a little effort! But then again knowing Apple, it would have a starting price of over $2000.00 dollars! LOL!
