As a teenager, social entrepreneur Anshul Tewari didn’t see young voices represented in the conversations that mattered. His solution? A simple blog that has since transformed into Youth Ki Awaaz (Voice of the Youth): India’s largest citizen media platform, where more than 200,000 young people write about underrepresented issues every month. After watching a recent TED talk video about why it’s not a good idea to ask, “What’s wrong with kids these days,” I feel so encouraged to see someone actively engaging with today’s youth to teach them how to utilize the agency they have to bring positive change to the world. This is beautiful!
