Walgreens CEO on Narrowed Forecast, Shoppers Cutting Back Spending
Walgreens Boots Alliance narrowed its fiscal 2024 guidance citing a challenging retail environment, including reduced consumer spending, and the chain is on track for $1 billion in cost savings. CEO Tim Wentworth joins Ed Ludlow on “Bloomberg Technology.”

Walgreens has the worst customer service in the world, I was going to buy toothpaste and the toothpaste was lock up. I waited 15 minutes before I left the store because nobody showed up to open the case. The staff there is slow.
