    Now, I’m all on board with Tesla FSD and other cars self driving because of the amount of sensors and things that make the car able to operate on their own.
    They still need an alert driver paying attention to the road though.

    This has no driver and if there’s a problem it’s just a multi-thousand pound chunk of metal being hurled at whatever it was aimed at.

    What if the center loses power? What if the internet goes out? What about lag/latency? What if a tire goes flat?

    Are we just cool with a car going 30 with no driver and no self driving features just losing connection and barreling into whatever it’s aimed at, or hard stopping in the middle of the road?
