The Cornell person is so biased it’s not even funny ???????????? Reporter did her best to get it back on track pointing out it was an organic movement no some grand conspiracy but nope ????

1:10 Soooo.. You’re saying that when the US blocks a takeover by a foreign company (like US Steel) it’s proof that the US has direct control over the company? So. The US was secretly controlling/managin US Steel and that’s why they can now block the takeover by Nippon?
