There’s a mistaken belief in today’s working world that leaders need to be serious all the time to be taken seriously. The research tells a different story. Based on the course they teach at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, behavioral scientist Jennifer Aaker and corporate strategist Naomi Bagdonas delve into the surprising power of humor: why it’s a secret weapon to build bonds, power, creativity and resilience — and how we can all have more of it.

I think you can almost assume they got some sort of political backing the way they act.
Because they could just hit everybody with the hard facts like Depression diagnosis, but instead chose to keep it pleasant and campaign friendly.

I don’t know what it is but I feel this is an act.

Don’t forget folks, the market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent.

Ok buddy. “Don’t get angry or sad because of your conditions. Don’t be mad at your politicians. Just laugh more.”

Don’t get me wrong, happiness is important, but as soon as someone tells me they are “bringing humor back” I smell politics. If some public spealer tells me to smile more I immedeately assume they are a politcal agitator trying to manipulate me, and making me believe politicians are fine good, respectable people, that are reeeaally trying their best, and they ooonly want the best for you.

I dunno maybe just me, but this gave hard Maga vibes, from their make-up to the “legalize humor” stuff.

I’ve been watching much more comedy over the last 4 yrs or so and will often be on my own, laughing till i cry! It has spilled over to my daily life of not taking things so seriously. But age does that as well. Wish my lids would do the same!

Laughter makes you live longer, so that spike after 80 is probably the happy people that were laughing daily.
