How will the H-1B Visa crackdown effect Errickson Immigration Group?

The Trump administration’s sweeping H-1B visa crackdown—characterized by massive proposed fee hikes and sudden permanent residency suspensions—creates a complex financial dynamic for Erickson Immigration Group (EIG). While it severely risks cutting their primary high-volume revenue streams, it simultaneously drives a surge in high-margin advisory and compliance billings as corporate clients navigate the chaos.

The firm’s bottom line is being reshaped across several key operational areas:
    1. Drop in High-Volume Sponsoring Revenue
    2. Elimination of Green Card (PERM) Billing
    3. The “Chaos Premium” (Surge in Advisory Fees)
    4. Litigation and Appellate Billables
Ultimately, while EIG faces a structural loss in predictable, high-volume transactional revenue, the sheer complexity of the administration’s crackdown has temporarily transformed immigration law into an indispensable crisis-management service, offsetting volume losses with premium advisory billings.
Bottom line: She may be out of a job 🥴

ANOTHER PROBLEM FOR AMERICA IS THERE IS A GLOBAL DEMAND FOR THESES HIGHLY SKILLED PROFESSIONAL AND OTHER NATIONS ARE ALREADY OPENING THEIR DOORS TO WELCOME THESE HIGHLY EDUCATED TALENTS BADLY NEEDED FOR THIER AI INDUSTRY..
ANOTHER PROBLEM FOR THE U.S IS IF AMERICAN MULTI NATIONAL CORPORATIONS CAN NOT FIND ENOUGH DOMESTIC TALENTS FOR THE MASSIVE DEMAND FOR SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING AND MATH PROFESSIONALS, THEY ARE GOING TO BE FORCED TO RELOCATE TO OTHER NATIONS WHERE THE TALENT IS. GLOBAL BUSINESS DOES NOT RUN ON AMERICAN EXCEPTIONALISM NORE RACISM AND HATE. THEY HAVE TO SURVIVE ECONOMICALLY AND COMPETE GLOBALLY.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT IMMIGRANTS TAKING AMERICAN JOBS, THIS ALL ABOUT WHITE FEAR OF DEMOGRAPHICS CHANGES AND WHITE PEOPLE BECOMING A MINORITY.. THEY ARE SO AFRAID OF LOSING POWER PRIVILEGES AND A SENSE OF SUPERIORITY THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO DESTROY OUR ECONOMY TAKE US BACK TO THE STONE AGE IF THEY CAN.. RACISM IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF THIS NEW WAVE OF ANTI IMMIGRANT XENOPHOBIA DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE HAVE A DECLINING POPULATION DUE TO LOW BIRTH RATE AND AN AGEING POPULATION.. ALL OF THIS MADNESS STARTED WITH THE ELECTION OF PRESIDENT OBAMA A BLACK MAN , THE ELECTION OF TRUMP X2. THESE RACISTS HAVE NO PROBLEM DESTROYING EVERYTHING EVEN THERE OWN ECONOMIC HELL TO MAINTAIN THEIR DOMINANCE AND WHITE SENSE OF SUPERIORITY. YOU ARE GOING TO END UP WITH YOUR WHITE MAJORITY BUT AMERICA WILL BE A THIRD WORLD NATION IF THIS INSANITY CONTINUES.

Tech talent that’s stupid because I’ve watched H1B Visa people get hired in the tech field and they don’t know anything about their job and I’m sick and tired of losing jobs because the companies are hiring cheaper H1B .

Many of these people that are here are here with fraudulent degrees and fraudulent certifications and then they end up working in a corner grocery store so we don’t need them here we have Americans that can do the jobs.

Just put a 10 year ban on the program only allowing PhD level in critical areas from Universities outside of the USA. Then later see if it was worth it or really not needed.

They cannot even figure out how to keep their own country clean and then you call them Talent?

Republicans tactics and noise due to upcoming mid terms elections. This will be forgotten soon after the elections, otherwise they wouldn’t have waited this long to put restrictions on H1b & Green Cards 😅

The impact is Americans will get jobs which hurts US immigration lawyers and tech companies.

Americans were laid off by Microsoft while an equal amount of foreign temporary workers were retained. That’s not how this program is supposed to work.

Foreign students pack the talent pipeline, taking opportunities from US students, in order for these foreign students to get a US job.

Governments job is to come up with rules and regulations. Companies job is to try to find ways to work around them while staying within the legal boundaries.

🇮🇳⚠️ Indians are sneeky. They will start new corp with different names. USA also need to rid of Indian CEOs at All tech corp. AI WILL TAKE ALL JOBS. INDIA 1.4 billion will be starving, angry, and violent. Indians have FAKE DEGREES! Data Entry jobs are NOT ENGINEERS.

If these people are so smart and talented, stay in your country, start your own company, and hire your own people. Stop invading our countries.

I think its the AI that is behind all this, corporate america wants to cut jobs but afraid of doing so in a direct way, so the president is helping them, and helping himself to paint it as he is tough on immigration. Average person on the street has no understanding of how the capitalism works, poor fellows. This rhetoric will keep increasing but with no impactful policy changes, that protects american workers in the long run.

Look at the excuses they are giving to a very straightforward problem that companies are hiring cheaper foreign workers to replace US workers.

Hiba wants to continue the program and is anti America Yes it is truth I know family Who have a MS degree in computer science from MIT Was lay off and replaced by an India visa worker with only a BA from india We want to see arrest of the top heads of those companies who abuse the system Just like our government has no problem arrest poor people for welfare abuse
