    The tapping will help stimulate drainage of the lymphatic system which will help flush out hormonal build up that’s likely a factor in the anxious and fearful feelings. Getting 2 helps in 1 with that one!

    Literally it works… I’m feeling lot of stress currently i did it, I’m relaxing now.
