How do you effectively regulate stress? Therapist Esther Perel discusses the importance of creating routines, rituals and boundaries to deal with pandemic-related loss and uncertainty — both at home and at work — and offers some practical tools and techniques to help you regain your sense of self. I think this pandemic changed the whole world forever… Look at everybody around you… More devastation than all the wars combined, ever. Talk is cheap, money buys the whiskey….

Opinion: If your sense of self can be even mildly threatened by having to keep some distance from most people for a year or so, you never had one.

False narrative. Social distancing was never the main source of stress. You are negating the true feelings that many others are dealing with. It’s a rather complex topic that you choose to ignore (or you are just trolling. Or didn’t actually watch the video)

I did, many years ago. But right now my listening can hardly become any better. Keep it up! Oh and disable the captions if you have them on, you can go back if you don’t understand it the first time.

great point about the merging of work and home enabling people to bring their whole selves to both areas of our lives; the partial breakdown of the artificial compartments which can feel so threatening has a silver lining

Not going back to the past? Where we used to connect with people face to face is not something to come back?
This woman works for corporations, her advice is bias.
