As AI agents take over more tasks at work, the question isn’t whether or not humans matter — it’s how we make our impact count. Leadership expert Vinciane Beauchene challenges some commonly held assumptions about how AI will transform the workplace, sharing a blueprint for leaders to design organizations where people can focus on what…

What I know is most people are tired of apps for everything big and small, playing cashier when shopping and want to speak to a human when calling a call center – as opposed to being asked 25 questions to treat your unique question as a one size fits all, only to be transfered to a person anyway.

Consciousness is the connection between a live DNA/cell and the information recorded from the beginning of the species, passed down at birth. Also known as intuition, instinct and all the pre written data one is born with that tells cells what being to become and how to behave. A.I. utilizes live brain cells for processing; reason why no one can explain how they work.

Algorithms are just a tool, agents are just predfined action flow…. no worries about the jobs, AI will not build a house, lead projects or develop ideas… it is just another tool that humams will adapt to very easily… Algorithm “intelligence” is something like when calculators was developed

“AI is taking jobs!” assumes jobs were stable to begin with. They never have been. We’ve been told that for decades now: “no such thing as company loyalty”, “no such thing as job stability”, etc etc. i’ve been hearing and seeing all that since high school, **in the 1980s**. The speaker here is right: stop yelping about “AI taking jobs”. Outsourcing takes jobs. The Internet takes jobs. Automation takes jobs. Telephones/answering machines took jobs. Every single tech advance ever took jobs. You’re just shouting fear-mongering into the wind.

Let AI take all the jobs… People shouldn’t spend their lives working. The real question is how will people fund their lives, and the solution is simple… A Universal Basic Income funded by a “Robot Tax” on AI and automation. Then, ultimately, AI and automation will provide everything for free, and money will cease to exist.
