Goooooooo Ketooooooooooo! Eat meat and drink water fxckers!!!!!! It works! Grow up, stop eating sugar and cake or bread cause bread is like cake. Cake is a once a year thing dumb axses! Go Local, Pick up a deep freezer and save money. Once you eat this way you’re weight will come off, drugs will be dropped, skin, toejams, eyes, hair, nails, and even sunburn problems all clear up 90% of all people even old once you take carbs out of your diet. You have a gallbladder for a reason! Don’t let them take that thing out. Vitamins A, D, E, and K all needs animal fat to be able to digest and utilize. Why do we all need glasses or at least most of us? Vitamin A anyone? Why do we all have a problem with low vitamin D? Working indoors don’t help , however north people lived just as long and healthy. It’s FAT! You need to eat FAT! I know K is important to help put magnesium in the bones. Look this shxt up people! Plains Indians , Mongolians , Spartans , Lewis and Clark and many more all ate 90% meat base diet and fasted. They also ate in seasons as well. Eating carbs around the Fall season to fatten up a little like a bear eating berries and fish. Anyways, off topic . I know some company’s install game machines in the break rooms. A little paddle ball on a longer break like 15 mins would help so much! Maybe a standard 45 min lunch as well. Why not? You don’t think some people taking a nap at lunch just might help them with their mood and energy levels?

I would work for this guy. I was working at a steel mill for 18.5 years 7 days a week swinging shifts. It wrecked my health. They wrote me up for being sick and suspended me one day for 5 call offs on one year. I was working every day and I was constantly sick. They wanted me to write a letter stating how I can improve on my attendance. I went home talked it over with my girlfriend. She said I will type the email but you will have to hit send. That letter she emailed was my resignation. No regrets just uncertainty of finding something. I pictured myself being put in the ground by the time I was 55. I had to quit that job

I worked for a tech startup with the best workplace environment and benefits ever. But in the end, I got laid off because the company had major internal issues among the team members with political, management, and leadership, etc. The entire company had to downsize by 40%. Then I realized that the most important part of a small startup is teamwork.

So you mean get 5 days of work done in 4 days, cause that’s what all the employers are hearing.

Corporations are owned by wealthy people but a stress at a work place comes to poor people. So, there is no need for wealthy people to change smth. Wealthy people are wealthy already. What benefits will they get from reducing stress on their employees? More money? But they don’t need more, they already have enough to rule politicians and lawmakers, buy super luxuary houses, yachts and jets. So, this poor world condition has appeard due to avarice and there are no reasons to expect that something will be changed by means of a free will.

Stress has rarely something to do with the work itself. Mostly Brandolini’s is a great sum up for problems and stress at work : “The amount of energy needed to refute bullshit is an order of magnitude bigger than to produce it.”

Stress at my workplace I am convinced contributed or caused my breast cancer twice. I finally realized when I couldn’t get out of bed one morning that I’m going to quit this job. If broke my heart because I loved my job so much, but they wouldn’t stop. I’m still trying to reorganize my life after that.

You’re singing to the choir. Try to get in a meeting with administrators Across the Nation and all different fields. They won’t do it. I don’t care about the workers mental health or physical being at all. I personally experienced it

I never allowed any human to stress me out. Help non beggars, work, travel online or in person, have a child at 35 or later, and be married two years before a baby. Do not argue for put a d before anger and you get danger. Do not rape, kill ,or sell out your country. Please keep written and audio journals daily, because we are not promised the next minute.

Very spot on. The focus of the investments by companies are measured by revenue as their metric. Health of the employees has been shown to promote all divisions of company growth yet its not taught in our universities or in industry to the same extent as finance. Every CEO should see this to create vibrant environments for people and productivity.

As a nurse, I burnt out within 2 years as a young 20 something year old. I developed anxiety, had gained all this weight I didn’t know I could and my rltshp was strained because I was always irritable. The management was terrible. The amount of risks involved in a medical professionals job is so much higher (I always worry ill give the wrong meds due to all the distractions). There was no support from management, only blame culture. If not a for a few supportive coworkers I would’ve left the industry. I’m a lot better now in a sense that I restrain myself so I don’t give too much of myself at work in order to protect myself. It’s not how I would ideally work but I can guarantee the company will not be paying for my mental and physical health conditions I develop from the extreme stress.

As an owner of the business, I strongly agree, however, it makes me feel sleepy. A piece of example may fresh me up, or maybe detailed advice on how to reduce stress. Overall, great speaker, great speech, but I’m sleepy.

I’m in my 20s, & I recently left a company with toxic culture. No changes came from concerns I voiced, and they were somehow surprised when I gave them my notice 6 months later. The stress and anxiety of the job led me to gain back the 30 lbs I had worked hard to lose 2 years before, & I was diagnosed with GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), which I am now working to recover from. Months later, I am still struggling with the effects it’s had on my mental health, but I have absolutely no regrets in leaving. I’m glad I finally decided to be honest with myself & take care of my health, b/c damn is it expensive to repair!

Most office work can be done from home. Hopefully after the pandemic office workers can get 3-4 days work from home.
