If you had to choose between immoral and incompetent, who you’ll you pick to represent you?

Kamala is both!
@Doubleolseven
October 30, 2024 at 1:39 pm
Can’t be both at the same time. One trait prevails in each. Who would you vote for: the mostly immoral or the hopelessly incompetent?
@roxanncollins613
October 30, 2024 at 2:01 pm
You are right Kamala isn’t as incompetent as she pretends to be. Her actions say doesn’t value life or Freedom which is immoral in my opinion. I would vote for mostly incompetent over mostly immoral.
@Doubleolseven
October 30, 2024 at 10:12 pm
@@roxanncollins613 I don’t pretend to know which one is mostly immoral because that would require assessing evidence of facts that we all agree on and most importantly, the talk is about democracy and not about these us elections. I believe that no one should end up in a situation choosing between incompetent and immoral. How many times one has to choose like that to understand that democracy doesn’t work on autopilot?

Vote by phone: eliminate elective governance. Adjust voting rights to prevent the tyranny of stupid.

October 30, 2024 at 1:45 pm
Is a genocide to steal the votes of people who didn’t vote and redistribute those votes among exactly the politicians people didn’t want to vote for.
@Doubleolseven
October 30, 2024 at 1:48 pm
A parliamentary office representing the voters who didn’t find representation should be constituted. This office should vote in their name. Imagine 40% of electoral votes censoring the governance, instead of desperate attempts made by minority groups
@Doubleolseven
October 30, 2024 at 1:45 pm
What is that called to steal the votes of people who didn’t vote for any social contract offered by any politician and redistribute those stolen votes among exactly the politicians people didn’t want to vote for?
@Doubleolseven

Any democracy today can slip into autocracy and further into tyranny. It was proven in the US to Einstein by an Austrian mathematician. Long as politicians confuse civic duty with career won’t matter what else the democracy improves at

What is the rule of law in truth, when laws are created to protect the wealth of the rich? Perhaps the rule of morals should define the rule of law rather than the force of arms.

Andrew Yang is correct about rank choice voting. Not only does it change election incentives but it also neutralizes the Electoral College, which is perhaps, the most destructive element in our electoral process.
