Another case of fraud by Elon just like in 2018…

    • @billthecat7536

      January 30, 2026 at 4:29 pm

And what fraud, exactly, are you whining about?

    • @A.m.radio25

      January 30, 2026 at 4:36 pm

Men Fugus feet lover checks out you 🤡

    • @daShadoSage

      January 30, 2026 at 6:05 pm

Didn’t stop then. “Selling” Cybertrucks to xAI and SpaceX, forcing xAI to buy the money pit of Twitter at wayyyy over valuation. The grift never stopped

    • @alecmccay7548

      January 30, 2026 at 6:20 pm

@billthecat7536😂 have you bought as much stock as possible you need To buy more Tesla stock please do it

    • @billthecat7536

      January 30, 2026 at 7:04 pm

@daShadoSage CT’s sold to SpaceX only makes sense. SX needs trucks to move stuff around their facilities. xAI doesn’t have (or need) CTs that I’m aware of. Why would they? And last I saw, Twitter was profitable and xAI wasn’t yet. Is it “grift” if he owns and is the founder of the companies involved?

Elon haters will hate, no matter what.

  2. @jloiben12

    January 30, 2026 at 4:29 pm

None of these mergers would make sense. At least a Tesla-Spacex merger isn’t insane. An auto division, a space division, and an energy division isn’t the most absurd way to make an industrial conglomerate.

    • @Intinnent

      January 30, 2026 at 4:34 pm

You can add groceries to that conglomerate, and it would still be all right.

  3. @bobhuber462

    January 30, 2026 at 4:44 pm

It only makes sense for all three to merge together

    • @AudiTTQuattro2003

      January 30, 2026 at 5:03 pm

      …two turds + plum?

    • @jwstolk

      January 30, 2026 at 5:31 pm

Indeed. Another good reason is fair pricing for products and services exchanged between the 3 companies. Now it’s basically Elon doing these negotiations with himself, while sitting on the toilet. Every time that happens, the shareholders of 1 of the 3 companies (or even all 3) could complain the price was not fair enough. Having one company with shareholders owning all of it removes those issues.

      @peterkompasz1978 tell me genius ?

    • @alecmccay7548

      January 30, 2026 at 6:17 pm

@JamesSmith-o3d5qI mean can you justify its PE ratio? It’s quite literally a scam the stock itself. Tesla is a car company. Nobody thinks of Tesla when it comes to robotaxi they think of WAYMO Tesla is coooooked

  5. @seeriktus

    January 30, 2026 at 4:53 pm

  6. @Mr.T9095

@katherinehall1475 degradation though. They said the lifespan would get cut by a 1/3rd. Cheaper to run, but they also only last 2 – 3 years

  10. @sliceofheaven3026

    January 30, 2026 at 5:12 pm

Running out of investment cash? Elon just wants to pump tesla cash into his other ventures. I bet both spacex and the ai venture are deep money pits atm with only tesla itself bringing in actual profits.

  11. @legenjerry368

    January 30, 2026 at 5:20 pm

    BRILLIANT❤

  12. @RussellFineArt

    January 30, 2026 at 5:23 pm

This would be a HORRIBLE mistake for SpaceX, which would be better to eliminate Musk from their company and go solo, as Musk knows his scam AI and robot companies will make no money, ever, so he wants to suck the profits and life out of SpaceX and Tesla, which both are profitable, now.

    • @ryanrex297

      January 30, 2026 at 7:20 pm

Why don’t you think the robot company will make money? Someone will be the first to household robots. Once they are figured out they would probably be inexpensive to make. It seems like a winner to me.

  17. @cyberoptic5757

    January 30, 2026 at 6:39 pm

If they’re a publicly traded company, then maybe yes. Depends. We retail shareholders must not be cut out. Say, “No,” to privatization. Don’t cut us out.

    • @billthecat7536

      January 30, 2026 at 7:15 pm

It’s not privatization. If SpaceX and Tesla merge, the shares of the two would combine and both then would be publicly traded together. And I believe Elon when he says current Tesla owners will be given first chance on discounted shares at the new share price. At least that’s how I understand it so far. Ask Grok how it would unfold.

  18. @mythictyrant3

    January 30, 2026 at 6:39 pm

Why wouldn’t he? He gets a free $500BIL in equity while diluting everyone else’s shares by 200%.

  19. @comingverysoon

    January 30, 2026 at 7:00 pm

I can see SpaceX + XAI making sense, but not Tesla. SpaceX and XAI are both private and don’t raise big regulatory concerns. The resulting size of SpaceX + Tesla would make a merger attempt the biggest regulatory target in history.

  20. @KingLutherQ

    January 30, 2026 at 7:04 pm

Can you believe the people at Bloomberg? They’ve been saying every day that Tesla and SpaceX would fail ever since they were startups more than a decade ago. Now that they’re trillion-dollar giants, these self-appointed experts are still talking trash.
