It is a walkman media player for music. Last media player to survive during the ipod and short lived samsung galaxy media player.

I appreciate the dedicated music listening device, but wonder if others feel the same considering the price point

Its a waste of money. This is not as close as the old walkman. Not comparable at all.

I just don’t see why anyone would want this when everyone already has a smartphone that does all of this. 😊

Your smartphone doesn’t sound as good as high quality dap. This is for people who want a higher quality sound. 90 percent of people like you wouldn’t care for this

as someone who has owned both over a 25 year span, both are different beasts altogether…in other words, they dont compare at all

  9. @vgm006

    December 28, 2024 at 2:24 pm

  10. @lock67ca

    December 28, 2024 at 2:32 pm

Correction: You can use android file transfer driver or nearby share to transfer files to Walkman from mac. These tools are free.

As much as I love Walkman, there are better daps in the market now for cheaper price

I still use stand alone music players. I bought a Sony nwa-35 walkman a while back. Expensive but still going strong for a non android . I have a bunch of flacs and wav on there. Great sound specially both higher end headphones.
