This must be an April fools joke I swear. No real innovation and everyone claps like crazy every time this guy breathes. $2k …

im sorry to say but this is an absolute nightmare in my opinion in terms of design and price.

This is just the beginning, eventually we’ll all wear contact lenses with better tech.

    June 17, 2026 at 6:34 pm

The translator feature is cool, I like the charge while wearing feature as well but I could do without the rest. No way they sell to the masses $2,200 for a novelty item!!!!, I stick with my gen 2 rayban metas lol

  14. @george6977

    June 17, 2026 at 6:35 pm

But you can’t get them until fall.

  15. @Lacretearts

    June 17, 2026 at 6:37 pm

Amazing tech but the price it’s dead on arrival

  16. @TechWitMFlight

    June 17, 2026 at 7:07 pm

This is just the Apple Vision Pro in a smaller form.

  17. @AR-ec9cw

Snap Inc 4.74 USD -42.05% -3.44 past year… lmao… what are they smoking over there.. $2,195 for some whack gadget. Ain’t gonna happen. Goes right with the Apple and Meta glasses. Stop trying bro.

  21. @mylifeincanada9949

    June 17, 2026 at 8:22 pm

    They’re applauding/cheering for the price 😂😂😂😂😂

  22. @anonymous-it4uh

    June 17, 2026 at 8:34 pm

Zuckerberg and Jobs vibes delayed by a few years and decades. Why can’t these CEO’s be a bit more original?

  23. @Sqirldashadoo

    June 17, 2026 at 8:36 pm

If phones haven’t destroyed society enough, this should do the trick. YAY!

  25. @ililil-i1l

i just need real time translation, nothing else

  26. @drunknmasta90

    June 18, 2026 at 6:16 am

Why are people clapping for that price

  27. @konstantinhadamitzky707

    June 18, 2026 at 7:10 am

Sure. I throw my smartphone and laptop in the bin because I can use Specs with a battery life of four hours. People will be active and off their screens always looking for the next charging station.

  28. @lucky_Striker139

    June 18, 2026 at 7:39 am

I mean, it’s an incredible product, but the way he introduces it is as lame as a 7th-grade history presentation.

  29. @rafiqluongwe

    June 18, 2026 at 8:21 am

The price is just pure insanity!

  30. @Omab1208

    June 18, 2026 at 8:51 am

Bro’s talking about students learning and understanding motion. 😭How are students even gonna be able to afford the dang thing. Students are the brokest people alive 😂 this is laughable. They definitely have there target audience all the way wrong. Still cool that they we are able to get from the vision pro to something this small.

  31. @ThelifeofMrRee

    June 18, 2026 at 9:04 am

It’s essentially a smaller and what seems to be a better version than apples big a$$ goggles. And a lot cheaper.

  32. @proteus371

    June 18, 2026 at 9:13 am

this ‘unveil” is excruciating, could not get through it , worst thing I’ve seen , I will check them out on some review I guess later

  33. @dontbanmebrodontbanme5403

    June 18, 2026 at 10:23 am

For $2,195, it needs to do more. I’m glad tech like this is being created and it’s going in the right direction, but it needs to do more before it’s something I have to have.

  34. @azrusmike8112

    June 18, 2026 at 10:32 am

Bleh this type of Steve Jobs product presentation / marketing is soooo obsolete and boooooooooring 🥱🥱🥱🥱

  35. @davidrifkin1323

    June 18, 2026 at 10:48 am

    Can’t wait!!!

  36. @DamienPaulLabonte

    June 18, 2026 at 11:12 am

Computers are already a part of everyday life. We call them smartphones and they are already invasive enough, but lets put em on our faces now so we can really be present!

I will say this is some epic engineering though so kudos to the hardware team for their hard work even if these are DOA.

  37. @ceegii63

    June 18, 2026 at 12:14 pm

cheering for $2195 clearly makes you a plant in the audience

  38. @TheJonathanExp

    June 18, 2026 at 12:30 pm

4 hour battery life…. we seriously need to rethink hardware architecture at this point. One temporary solution is to offload most of the compute to the cloud, instead of fighting a losing battle against physics.

Also, that price is downright silly

  39. @rickenbacker472

    June 18, 2026 at 1:13 pm

“And they’re just gorgeous” 😂😂😂 Also, who are the absolute losers in the audience cheering?

  40. @toology55

    June 18, 2026 at 1:48 pm

Were barf buckets available in the auditorium.

  41. @reaperxja

    June 18, 2026 at 3:01 pm

    good seller, awful product

Does anyone want this technology?.. like even if they didn’t look trash?

  46. @TheBobo1577

    June 18, 2026 at 5:11 pm

How do they compare to meta rayban display?

  47. @jp9782

    June 18, 2026 at 5:52 pm

This was one of the most embarrassing product launches I’ve ever seen

  48. @colinrickels201

    June 18, 2026 at 6:08 pm

The audience is absolutely planted. How are they gonna cheer like that over a $2000 price tag on a product built by a company we know is not capable of supporting their product long-term. Seriously how can you expect to stand a chance against a company like Apple who are building the same thing and yet own the entire ecosystem

  49. @fluxem3908

    June 18, 2026 at 8:24 pm

    “Plastic titanium” 😂😂😂

  50. @fathead997

    June 19, 2026 at 12:48 am

I see a version 5 of this glasses get somewhere, but 4 hours battery? Lol

  51. @D_U_F_F_Y

    June 19, 2026 at 4:29 am

This product flop will be the end of Snapchat.

  52. @finisaboriginependet7010

    June 19, 2026 at 6:49 am

A generation of idiots who go around moving their hands in thin air and living another reality and then end up under a car? Is this the future? 😂

  53. @lesliemuneeza5696

    June 19, 2026 at 10:22 am

Did Evan say “share with friends and family” how can u share eye wear

  54. @JediSteele

    June 19, 2026 at 10:31 am

They are big and pricey but they are actually delivering AR in glasses where Meta and Google are only giving you Headphones in glasses shape.
This is big news despite the hate in the comments.

  55. @lasttwhisper

    June 19, 2026 at 3:48 pm

why do snap always make their glasses look like only them tin foil will wear them.

  56. @mojofat

    June 19, 2026 at 4:39 pm

    Annnnd…cue the stock tanking in…3…2…1

  57. @Jonny_GS

    June 19, 2026 at 5:53 pm

That was the most underwhelming launch in history. $2200 for 4 hours worth of battery. What a deal? 😅

The electrochromic lenses changing from clear to tinted in just 10 seconds at [03:17] is absolutely mind-blowing! These Specs look incredibly sleek and futuristic. Great job, Snap!

    This was painful to watch

  61. @MarioSDyni

    June 20, 2026 at 11:00 am

Should have waited 2 more years for the tech to get better, but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen Chinese companies selling the same that are much thinner and lighter

  62. @MarioSDyni

    June 20, 2026 at 11:02 am

    Isn’t this Magic Leap tech
