Hi, didn’t understand, I have a redmi note 10 pro from one year ago, is it another one???

    • ozi pino

      March 5, 2021 at 6:01 pm

Your phone is Mi note 10 pro, and the new released phone Redmi note 10 pro. Mi series is flagship phone while redmi series is midrange phone

    • Ehrad

@ozi pino Totally right, thank you.

    • Snigdhaman Chatterjee

      March 5, 2021 at 5:49 pm

It’s called the Pro Max only in the Indian market and is known as the Note 10 Pro globally. Indian pro max = global pro.

Lol…get your facts right bro, redmi note 10 pro max is the global Redmi note 10 pro 😪

    • younes arab

      March 5, 2021 at 8:59 pm

@Sanket Emala I mean the other spec are already on fire but considering that it’s the PRO model it would’ve been an absolute blockbuster if it had a better/more powerful soc, I wouldn’t mind paying an extra 50 bucks for a better soc

      March 5, 2021 at 9:59 pm

They could have added a 765g for the note 10 pro max and Increased the cost by 1000 rupees

Do you something called ‘Undervaluation’ that’s what xiaomi does. One must understand that Samsung and Apple actually place their product price to account for Human Resource that went into its design.

Xiaomi on the other hand does not value the engineering because they are able to find people who can work for bare minimum

It can take losses by selling data of their phone hence such features at low prices.

    • Phạm Tiến Dũng

      March 6, 2021 at 9:49 am

Maybe because they are making alot of smartphones and selling it well. It makes they can have a better deal with their partners about chip, display ect… they can offer large amount of those things which make them have a good bargain. Whatever the reason is, i think it will make the market more and more competitive.

    • Neil

      March 7, 2021 at 1:01 pm

Cost is low because of heavy investment in Customer acquisition costs. Atleast try to visit the facilities before typing gibberish Aditya Mishra🤡 & sometimes try to lower your bandwagon keyword Nationalism of hating a product just because it is from that country in every comment section. You know what I am talking 😅, don’t cover it.

apple & samsung value human resource, that’s why they keep suicide prevention nets in the office right LoL.🤣

    • ADITYA MISHRA

      March 7, 2021 at 1:49 pm

@Neil customer acquisition is the reason why they are incurring loses. First of all they are advertising as much as Apple and Samsung so the coats there are equal.

Secondly Xiaomi just wants to capture market and then increase prices like a monopolist. Not to mention how easy it let’s 3rd part vendor annoy a customer by bombarding them with ads.

The so called UI is so pathetic because xiaomi sells product at low prices with really amazing specs but at the cost of full exposure to disgusting ads.

It is not about origin country or data theft(everyone knows US steals data too) it is about exposing customers to false, pathetic advertising

      March 7, 2021 at 5:51 am

@C.R.Raghavan C.R. sree sowmiya being an telecom engineer i can assure you its not gonna happen very soon. Its a very very long process. You got information from Google, so you can also find on Google about the status of countries where 5g is officially launched. 5g technology is complicated, it needs towers in every 500 mtr. Think about 3g, when it was launched and when you really use it in real life.
Anyways, best of luck for your 5g handset wait

    • C.R.Raghavan C.R. sree sowmiya

      March 7, 2021 at 5:57 am

@Adhishwar Mishra jio said that officialy that they are gonna launch 5g in next half of the 2021 or 2022. that thing happened in when 3g came was long back nd remember we are living in 2021 .. ND respect you sir . Thanks for replying

    • ADITYA MISHRA

      March 7, 2021 at 1:51 pm

@C.R.Raghavan C.R. sree sowmiya lol as if people stick with xiaomi phones for more than 3 years.

No regular OS update, worse UI, the more time one spends on that phone the more targeted ads become. So called fast charging degrades battery life.

No one hangs on xiaomi phones for more than 3 years.

    • C.R.Raghavan C.R. sree sowmiya

      March 7, 2021 at 2:08 pm

@ADITYA MISHRA yeah I agree with that xiaomi phones have such kind of things but not all phones like k20pro 5pro .. like phone are really good ..

I’m sorry, but this is no review at all! 🤷‍♂️
What about night time photography? Lowlight? U took just one shot in low light and made a claim about the camera. Almost every smartphone these days can shoot daylight photos very well by default. Nothing special. It is the night time / low light photography that actually needs to be explored more by tech reviewers.
    This was a lazy review.
