I’ve heard the if you hate everyone eat and if you think everyone hates you sleep before AI and have found it useful just to tell if I’m irritable bc I’m hungry or bc I’m tired.

Where I live, I pay 15€/month for health insurance, and it covers my first 15 therapy appointments every year.
Because I go once a month, I don’t have to pay anything more.

This is dumb, for example, if you hate everyone, eat, that has objective truth to it. Your chemistry changes when you are hungry, which makes you more irritated, it can spike your cortisol and etc,

I suspect trying to write stuff about yourself is pretty helpful, but only if you’re already mostly emotionally healthy. Otherwise I would expect it to make you worse.
On the intelligence stuff, I’ve gotten the impression a lot of factoids get spread by people who want to see themselves as intelligent and then project.

The sad part is, it doesn’t take a Psychiatrist to comprehend that none of those videos made sense anyway. Yet people pay attention to what they want to see and hear, not to what is true.

Its so dumb to have AI turn disorders into bedrooms, but you know what would be cool and actually informative would be doing photoshoots of people’s rooms/homes who have these disorders so that people can see more what it’s like. The emptiness of the room of someone who’s scared they’ll be thrown away again due to C-PTSD. The orderliness of a person’s room who is afraid of misplacing things due to absentmindedness that comes with their ADHD. That’s what I would like to see. I think it would be enlightening for most people how others adapt to cope with their brains.
